What the forms collect

What you type into them:

• Contact form — your name, your email address, and your message.
• Beta signup — which phone you pick, the Apple Account or Google account email address that goes with it, and your business name if you fill that field in.

Every submission also carries the language you were reading the site in, the time it was sent, and the IP address it came from. The language is so we answer in it; the time and the IP address are there to help us spot spam and abuse. All three are in the email we receive.

Where it goes

Every submission is sent as an email to admin@invenar.com. There is no database behind these forms — that inbox is the record. A copy also reaches our server logs when the email fails to send, and when our mail service is unconfigured, in which case the site still tells you it went through. Your IP address is held in memory too, to cap how often one address can submit.

Who sees it

We do not sell what you send us, and we do not hand it to anyone to use for their own purposes. It does pass through the services that carry and host it: SendGrid, run by Twilio in the United States, delivers the email, and the server runs on Google Cloud in Montréal, where the logs live too. Past that, the only people who read it are the people who build Invenar.

Having it removed

Write to admin@invenar.com and ask. We delete your submission from that inbox. Copies in our server logs cannot be removed one by one — they age out on their own. There is no account to close and no form to fill in.
